Each lending opportunity is tied to one specific property, and the lender's position is secured by a recorded first-position mortgage on that property.
Terms run 4 to 8 years with monthly amortized payments and are agreed in writing before any funds are committed. Lenders receive a lender's title policy and are named on the property insurance. Each property is valued using recent comparable sales, a neighborhood review, and our own on-site assessment.
